I am not aware of any secured credit cards in the UK. However, aqua credit card and Vanquis Abacus Visa Card are easy to get with little or bad credit.

Do not get a vanquis card like someone previously suggested. I worked for them for them, and they rip people of so badly that I left for a month, seriously you would rather have a bad credit rating than have a card with them!
