Are credit checks an invasion of privacy, discriminatory and unconstitutional for US Citizens in real

If you really think about it the financial institutions, US Government, etc. in times like these have you by the B%26#039;s. They are becoming high profile pawnbrokers that our legislaters have allowed by passing new laws on their behalf, not yours!!!

While at the same time our major banks and federal government have allowed numerous foriegn countries to default on their debts and forgive their debts and write them off!!(Billions of $$) On top of that the US banks and government give them new assistance only to have the same things happen again!!!!

Now do you think as an american citizen this is right? Isn%26#039;t charity suppose to begin at home unstead of taxing us to death paying for the banks and government blunders, which become more excessive every year? How about help for the average US worker who lives from pay to paycheck , who has no choice except credit to survive until the banks and government suck the life out of you and leave you high and dry !! Stop the madness, Help US citizens!

Damn good question. But who%26#039;s looking at the Constitution now? And those whodo a bit twist it to suit their needs, be it for elections or for habeas corpus. Seen what Alberto is doing with it?

Umm, no.

Sorry, but those who live %26quot;paycheck to paycheck%26quot; are not forced to. Maybe if they avoided putting that cool new plasma T.V. on their credit card, they wouldn%26#039;t need to live %26quot;paycheck to paycheck%26quot;. They have no one to blame but themselves for their credit card problems.

I cut all of my credit cards into confetti years ago.

My insurance broker comments on this all the time.

Same info, different credit ratings, result in a huge difference in premiums.

What affect it has on insurance, I don%26#039;t know.

I think credit info should only be released to an %26quot;asker%26quot; upon having the request approved by the target of the info. A copy automatically sent to the target at the same time,

Would you skip credit check if you own a apartment building and some bum in nice suit wants to move in? Credit checks are required for us to have conveniences like credit cards, loans, mortgages...etc.
