A certain poconos vacation resort that I%26#039;m considering booking require that my income must be more than 50k.

My question is, how do organizations like these legally verify that if i claim that I do make that much? Do they do a credit check or something?

They will look at your credit report. If your job is a janitor at walmart they can be pretty sure that you dont meet the income requirements.
